The Sri Lanka Pregnancy Nutrition Voucher System is a government digital initiative that modernizes a traditionally paper-based welfare program into a secure, cloud-based platform. It manages the entire voucher lifecycle — from issuance to redemption — across 25 divisions with over 1,200 active users. The system provides bank-grade security with role-based access, real-time validation, QR code redemption with offline capability, full Sinhala and English support, and advanced analytics, delivering major gains in processing time, fraud reduction, and cost savings.
